Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school degree (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or Administration (nice to have; 2-4 years may be required for some roles)

Responsibilities

  • Solve situations related to policies and queries from clients, third party providers, and collaborators using specific HR procedures
  • Ensure accuracy of documents processed according to norms and objectives set by the direct manager
  • Update processes and procedures to reflect acknowledged changes
  • Develop good client relationships and raise risks related to client management and satisfaction in time
  • Perform under regular local supervision of progress against results
  • Proactively perform preventive quality controls and take corrective actions when errors occur
  • Provide voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders
  • Manage, provide support, or interact with HR Service Delivery sub-processes (e.g., Benefits, Health & Pension Provider Management, Case Management, Workforce & Data Administration, etc.)
