Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field with 4+ years of experience in HR Operations within a multinational or service-oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination)
  • HRIS systems experience (preferably Workday)
  • Experience with compliance and statutory documentation
  • Prior working knowledge of any query management system (Workday HCM / ServiceNow / Service Cloud etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fair knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding (new joiner induction, validation of joining and statutory forms, compliance checks)
  • HRIS Management: Update and maintain employee data in Workday; troubleshoot system issues
  • Leave & Attendance: Track and validate records; coordinate payroll inputs
  • Employee Records: Validate and maintain employee files for accuracy and compliance
  • Exit Management: Support offboarding activities and ensure timely completion of processes
  • Respond to employee and People Leader queries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Collaborate on regional and global HR projects and initiatives
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and simplification
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and year-end statistics; provide insights for decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and problem-solving
