Candidates need 2–4+ years in HR Operations/Payroll Operations in an international environment, hands-on pre-payroll experience, confident HRIS data management, and strong spreadsheet skills.
Working knowledge of Cyprus labor law (time/leave, payroll inputs, documentation) is required, and familiarity with UK payroll and hiring practices is a plus.
