Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance management strategy and practices across the Commercial organization
  • Coach and advise leaders on managing team performance; design and deliver training programs to build leadership capability
  • Exercise sound judgment in determining when and how to share information in the best interests of team members and the business
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from diverse sources; communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Draft, review, and edit sensitive documents with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
  • Partner with business leaders to align and integrate talent strategies with organizational goals
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvements across workstreams
  • Support employee experience and partner on employee relations matters in collaboration with business leaders and key stakeholders
