Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and more than 8 years of experience leading Human Resources processes. They should have experience in Human Resources within production or manufacturing plants, along with hands-on knowledge of Labor Relations.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will define and implement the talent strategy site for all employees, develop HR plans and strategies to support business objectives and desired organizational culture, process HR operational transactions related to Workday and timekeeping/payroll systems, drive initiatives to improve efficiency and cost savings, consult with management on HR and business-related issues, manage day-to-day employee relations, staffing, and compensation issues, support organization-wide talent planning initiatives, facilitate New Hire Orientation and HR Training programs, support employee promotion and hiring processes, and ensure compliance with all requirements and maintain an ethical, equal opportunity, and safe work environment.
