Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting employment contracts, collecting onboarding information, and maintaining employee data in HR system HiBob
Regularly communicate with employees and store managers, answering questions and proactively seeking relevant information
Help prepare monthly payroll by checking necessary changes and documentation
Conduct research on employee legislation to support People Business Partners with advisory cases and policy changes
Ensure new hires in retail are processed correctly and able to start on time
