Currently enrolled full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and assisting with orientation sessions
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including headcount and turnover metrics
Contribute to process improvement projects within HR operations
