Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcomes, greets, and assists employees with their questions related to employee housing
  • Monitors and maintains utility accounts for off-site properties
  • Assists with collecting rent payments from tenants and organizing license agreements signed by tenants
  • Maintains applicant and tenant records within housing management platform
  • Communicates both verbally and in writing through phone calls, emails, faxes, and ensures regular flow of information to necessary parties daily
  • Accepts and tracks employee housing applications; performs reference and background checks; informs applicants of approvals or denials
  • Maintains up-to-date tracking of room/unit inventory to ensure housing needs are met timely
  • Assists with move-in/out procedures, day-to-day procedures, and maintenance requests for tenants in on- and off-site housing units during winter and summer seasons
  • Completes move-in and move-out procedures, including security deposit reimbursements less applicable deductions
  • Conducts biweekly inspections with tenants and lease administrators; communicates housing violations and maintenance needs based on inspections
  • Communicates with tenants regarding rent collection, apartment inspections, facility maintenance, and disciplinary notices
  • Assists Housing Manager with community outreach, researching additional off-site housing opportunities, performing cost comparisons, and securing housing resources
  • Performs other administrative duties including filing, shredding, office organization, copying, scanning forms, and stocking forms/supplies
