Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute on employee issues, provide guidance, and explain/interpret policies and practices
  • Assist middle managers and employees with development coaching based on current programs
  • Provide hands-on support to employees and managers and identify trends for improvement and training
  • Aid Centers of Excellence (COE) with HR compliance through reviews of policies and legislation
  • Manage investigations (Tier 1 and Tier II), perform initial intake, and consult with Sr HR Generalist for escalations and recommendations leading to performance actions
  • Provide management training on HR policies and procedures in group or individual settings
  • Attend training and educational courses to enhance knowledge of all HR areas
  • Ensure appropriate data privacy protections when working with employee data
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Drive process improvements and support business-unit initiatives
  • Contribute to internal HR programs through data analysis, manager coaching, and employee engagement activities
  • Oversee onboarding programs
  • Respond to policy inquiries
  • Train managers on HR procedures
