Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience supporting warehouse operations and logistics
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employee relations practices, including conflict resolution and investigations

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to client group Leaders, Managers, and Employees on organizational and employee matters
  • Act as the HR Manager of record for a client group
  • Offer coaching, HR process expertise, and general HR activities
  • Handle both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative
  • Execute functional policy/strategy with broadening knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in HR
  • Use basic understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work and integrate with other teams
  • Make decisions within a defined framework and resolve issues using good knowledge and judgment within established procedures
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GEHC, explaining technical information
  • Demonstrate clear, empathetic communication to foster trust, resolve workplace issues, influence stakeholders, support organizational change, and drive HR initiatives
