Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Own onboarding and offboarding logistics, from pre-hire documentation to Day 1 setup and exit checklists. Ensure Wellth’s culture and core values are threaded throughout the employee journey
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy across systems (Ashby, Justworks, Enboarder, and Lattice)
  • Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and compliance documentation
  • Manage and track employee changes (promotions, title changes, compensation adjustments)
  • Administer and optimize our onboarding experience via Enboarder to ensure new hires are fully ramped by 90 days
  • Conduct new-hire check-ins and partner with managers to ensure smooth integration
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives, events, recognition, surveys, and communications
  • Support performance review cycles, promotions, and feedback processes
  • Assist in tracking employee goals and development plans
  • Maintain performance documentation and help coordinate calibration sessions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership (headcount, turnover, engagement)
  • Partner with payroll and finance on data accuracy and reporting needs
