  • Expertise in handling government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), including reporting, loans, claims, and contributions
  • Understanding of compliance with DOLE, BIR, and other labor/government regulations
  • Ability to prepare, monitor, and submit mandatory government reports and documents
  • Experience assisting with audits and regulatory inspections
  • Ownership of offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance, and stakeholder communication
  • Capability to coordinate updates and maintenance of employee handbook for policy and legal alignment
  • Involvement in facilities and workplace management

Responsibilities
