Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields
  • Fluent in English; strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork experience is a plus. Mandarin is also strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Support: Handle employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Operations & Systems Support: Support and optimize global systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow, to improve operational efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global business units to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
  • Employee Inquiry Support: Serve as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed
