Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to Q2 employees through event execution aligned to engagement goals
  • Partner with various teams to achieve desired outcomes (participation, employee satisfaction, growth)
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal/external events and appreciation initiatives
  • Support internal communications efforts related to HR and company culture
  • Manage event planning and logistics (virtual and onsite) including vendor management, technologies, and budgets
  • Own administrative support for engagement technology tools and vendors
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support
  • Monitor supply levels and coordinate ordering of branded materials and event supplies
  • Track and manage event and program budgets in Excel
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely communication
