Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and, when appropriate, constructive challenge
Lead and support initiatives spanning the full HR spectrum, including organisation design, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing
Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and optimise outcomes
Serve as a liaison between the site and the broader HR function to shape effective policies and people practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that company values are embedded in all people-related activities
Provide comprehensive and efficient HR support to the Portsmouth manufacturing site, delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives
