Requirements

Experience in managing the full range of P&O (People & Organization) processes and documentation in Germany
Strong knowledge of German labor law and conditions for labor relations, applied in an international work environment
Pragmatic, hands-on approach, willing to operate at both operational and strategic levels
Solution-oriented, enjoys organizational challenges, works independently and meticulously
Fluent in German and English (other languages advantageous)
Ability to analyze data insights to recommend strategies and anticipate future P&O developments
Skilled at networking and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders within the organization and on-site (3PL), including handling challenging conversations
Ideally, work experience in logistics/warehouse environments and familiarity with outsourced 3PL concepts

Responsibilities

Responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth "Customer Experience" for colleagues and all stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the on-site 3PL partner to optimize their performance according to Zalando P&O expectations
Work on or lead various P&O topics, projects, and initiatives, such as managing hiring and terminations in the team
Coordinate the annual performance cycle at the site
Discuss P&O data and performance with stakeholders
Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews at the site
Be part of a small on-site P&O team, supported by central stakeholders
