Requirements
Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
Strong understanding of HR services including organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and learning opportunities
Ability to analyze trends, metrics, and business data to develop solutions and recommendations
Expertise in project management for HR initiatives such as performance management, talent planning, compensation planning, career development, and organization design
Knowledge of HR policies, processes, talent planning, learning, and performance management
Excellent collaboration skills with business leaders, functional HR teams, and employees
Proactive mindset to anticipate business cycles and drive people initiatives aligned to business strategy

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day HR issues for assigned client groups as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR solutions contribute to the organization and soliciting feedback
Deliver HR services to clients as a seamless point of contact to the broader HR organization, integrating functional partner initiatives
Understand the business and drive people initiatives aligned to the business strategy
Project manage assigned HR initiatives and special projects across client groups, including performance management, talent planning, compensation planning, career development, and organization design
Serve as a credible partner and “one stop shop” for employees to voice concerns, ask questions, and request assistance
Intake employee relations issues for assigned client groups, resolving minor issues independently and partnering with Employee Relations for investigations
Guide business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning, and performance management to promote engagement and continuous growth
Collaborate with functional HR teams to implement HR strategies, enable business objectives, and drive growth
Analyze trends and metrics, collaborating with HR experts to develop solutions, make recommendations, and develop programs to support the people strategy
