Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Greater China
  • Oversee new employee onboarding to ensure a positive and engaging experience
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships to support hiring and HR services
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management practices
  • Foster internal talent development and promotion opportunities
  • Facilitate training initiatives in collaboration with People Development
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to provide organizational insight and development recommendations
  • Recommend and implement actions to maintain a healthy, productive work environment
  • Manage employee relations issues with fairness and consistency
  • Oversee offboarding and exit processes, ensuring compliance and insights for retention
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations to reduce legal and financial risks
  • Partner with leadership to align HR practices with company policies and local requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Talent Acquisition, People Development, and the broader People Organization to deliver scalable HR programs
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights and actionable recommendations
