Requirements

  • Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America
  • Certifications or training related to HR systems implementation or relevant HR modules
  • Experience in customizing and configuring HR modules to meet specific client needs
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in HR module implementation and integration
  • Expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more
  • Exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality
  • Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
