Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years in a relevant customer support role and past data entry experience
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to generate simple letters, spreadsheets, graphics, simple queries, and simply formatted data output
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a broad range of end users
Excellent customer service skills
Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes
Support all users through resolution of cases using ServiceNow technology, chat, and phone support
Serve as first point of contact for handling all support calls routed to the People Operations team
Resolve first-level support requests and perform other tasks as required
Assist with a large volume of data entry and review related to team member business processes, including hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other confidential items
Monitor various HR inboxes and respond or escalate to appropriate teams (COE, HR Strategic Partners, or Leadership)
Receive and provide basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, employee self-service support)
Review and update key business processes and general master data components
Collaborate with the People Operations team to achieve faster support service level agreements and meet department key performance indicators
