Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and they should have at least 2 years of relevant customer support experience along with prior data entry experience. Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will assist with a high volume of data entry and review related to team member business processes, such as hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. They will monitor HR inboxes, respond to requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members, including COE, HR Strategic Partners, or Leadership. Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide basic navigation support, handle routine correspondence, and support employee self-service, collaborating with the People Operations team to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
