Initial relevant experience in the area of HR administration
Familiarity with relevant legal requirements
Degree in business administration, human resources, or comparable commercial training
Ability to work conscientiously and carefully

Responsibilities
Supporting the HR manager with the entire HR administration of almost 100 employees for three companies spread over two locations (Cologne and Frankfurt)
Contract and file management (analog and digital)
Certificate creation
Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices, and authorities
Maintaining the certification and reporting system
Compiling numbers and data for reports, evaluations, and audits
Serving as a central link between employees, teams, managers, and management, providing a competent point of contact for concerns
Supporting preparatory payroll accounting, working closely with the payroll provider and colleagues in Prague
Entering vacant positions into the Workday HCM system
Ensuring data is up-to-date
Supporting the systemic implementation of onboarding and offboarding to ensure an optimal employee life cycle
