Responsibilities

  • Supporting the HR manager with the entire HR administration of almost 100 employees for three companies spread over two locations (Cologne and Frankfurt)
  • Contract and file management (analog and digital)
  • Certificate creation
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices, and authorities
  • Maintaining the certification and reporting system
  • Compiling numbers and data for reports, evaluations, and audits
  • Serving as a central link between employees, teams, managers, and management, providing a competent point of contact for concerns
  • Supporting preparatory payroll accounting, working closely with the payroll provider and colleagues in Prague
  • Entering vacant positions into the Workday HCM system
  • Ensuring data is up-to-date
  • Supporting the systemic implementation of onboarding and offboarding to ensure an optimal employee life cycle
