Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience within a customer facing role or a consulting position
  • Previous sales or sales operations experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of HPEFS go-to-market strategies, business units, and segments
  • Experience with adoption and enablement activities in a complex, global organization
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Working knowledge of business applications such as SFDC
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong business knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

  • Support HPE/HP integration driven by BU BD strategic plan
  • Partner with GTM Leaders in HPE/I aligned initiatives driven by WW systematic integration and market prioritized activities
  • Drive on-going adoption of roadmap-aligned HPEFS products including in-market enablement and pipeline monitoring
  • Lead and coordinate adoption activities for HPEFS solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and global strategies
  • Expand adoption efforts beyond sales to include GTM Strategy and Execution teams, driving innovation and product/service uptake
  • Support GTM Leadership in on-going execution of market based direct and channel led priorities
  • Foster collaboration and best practice sharing within Communities of Practice (COP) and across various GTM teams
  • Leverage IB sales play and help positioning of HPEFS solutions for specific customer scenarios, use cases, vertical/industry applications etc
  • Collect, analyze and share learnings from wins, losses & unique deal structures to build PoV/proof points and ID potential for replication
  • Track Competitors and develop competitive positioning
  • Support the ABP (Annual Business Planning) and JBP (Joint Business Planning) processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert and “go-to-person” for HPEFS knowledge, tools, collateral, and training
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and events to advocate for and improve HPEFS GTM solutions
  • Participate in and/or manage Communities of Practice forums to drive team strategy and fulfill the organization’s winning aspiration
  • Promote a coaching culture of performance feedback, development, and recognition within the segment
