Responsibilities

Implementing the packaging strategy and design developed by Senior Packaging Strategy and Design Managers within the existing service product structure in the Build and Implement phase of complex new service introductions (NSIs) and new service portfolio introductions across all BUs
Working closely with senior Packaging Strategy and Design Managers, Portfolio Offer Managers, and Master Data teams
Leading the packaging design by applying existing packaging strategies to new service introductions (e.g., new Lifecycle Services, new Service Levels within existing Tech Care portfolio)
Consulting business partners located mainly in Europe and US on existing packaging strategies, packaging design options, and related capabilities and limitations in context of new service introduction and other portfolio change projects
Shadowing and supporting Senior Packaging Strategy and Design managers and Portfolio Enablement Management located mainly in Europe and US with complex Projects (IT Projects, MADOs, etc.) and complex New Service and Portfolio Introductions
Completing and submitting various request templates and forms
Creating/updating and publishing packaging design documentation
Management of a service enablement process of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level, including development, implementation, and governance of service product or solution portfolio lifecycle management
Driving revenue growth programs through appropriate routes to market and achieving revenue, profit, cost, efficiency, and/or internal and external TCE goals
