Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain human resources administration and activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, and support
  • Process HR data according to company policy and legal requirements
  • Consult on HR processes and implementation
  • Provide end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle
  • Identify emerging applications and recommend process improvements and simplification that support business and HR strategy
  • Work across business, functional, and regional areas to recommend IT investments and improvements to HR tools
  • Implement and track programs and processes to ensure records are accurate, accessible, appropriately secure, and data retrieval/reporting meets internal customer, legal compliance, and company policy needs (e.g., data management and integration)
  • Re-engineer processes at regional and country level and partner with global teams to build process strength and capability
  • Provide support for recruiting in administration, internal hiring, and lower-level external hiring
  • Ensure seamless support through Contact HR for both front- and back-end processes
  • Define strategy for HR Operations support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Outsourcing (MADO)
  • Lead, coordinate, and provide HR Operations support for all MADO employee transitions
  • Implement, manage, and problem-solve issues for an entire process or system of moderate to high complexity
  • Consult with HR leaders to identify process improvements, ensure understanding and successful implementation of new processes, and work with HRIT to test process improvements
  • Contribute to priority projects impacting employees at country or regional level and lead projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Resolve most complex HR support cases and manage/follow up on escalations
  • Provide input on HR Operations transaction, reporting, support, or content tools
  • Lead internal HR outsourcing transitions of moderate to high complexity
  • Provide support for MADO deals, including coordination, escalation, and issue management
  • Develop and deliver trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts
