Requirements

  • Academic degree in a commercial field of studies or equivalent experience
  • Multiple years of experience in a sales role ideally in Austrian partner business
  • Selling skills such as identifying potential opportunities, utilizing appropriate sales platforms and resources, and formulating and proposing tailored solutions
  • Thorough understanding of business and financial fundamentals to develop strategic plans with the partner
  • Constant interest in understanding of partner industry needs, trends, competitors, and the channel
  • Ability to innovate, think beyond proscribed solutions, and take proactive steps to advance sales efforts
  • Strong sales attitude
  • Interest in Networking technologies
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication and presentation
  • Fluency in German and English language

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the assigned Partner Accounts in Austria and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities
  • Drive end-to-end revenue, growth, profitability, innovation, business development and pipeline
  • Manage executive level relationships with your accounts and drive solution selling through the exercise of influence at all levels of the partner organization
  • Articulate both global and local networking business strategies to effectively sell with the Partner and creating a scalable selling ecosystem
  • Make HPE Networking products, services, and solution portfolio the principal growth driver for the partners
  • Develop knowledge of Partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technologies & Solutions to differentiate HPE from competitors
  • Align with field sales to drive increased value to HPE for pipeline and revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem
