Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on testing and validation of high-performance computing (HPC) and AI systems. Demonstrated experience with Industry Standard Server, Storage, and Networking products is required, along with knowledge of major Operating Systems such as Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE, etc.).

Responsibilities

The HPC & AI System Test Engineering Manager will provide operational direction, leadership, and mentoring for a team of systems engineers, managing a technical staff and coordinating projects for systems software, including operating systems, networking, utilities, and Internet-related tools. This role involves managing headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring resource allocation and adherence to goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets. The manager will also collaborate with technical leads and testers to design and develop test plans, coordinate with third-party vendors, and respond effectively to changing program requirements and compressed schedules while ensuring program development goals are met.
