Technical Sales Leader - AI Factory

Position Overview

NVIDIA, the world leader in Visual and Accelerated Computing, is seeking a high-energy and accomplished Technical Sales Leader to drive our AI Factory solutions into the Enterprise. What you’ll be doing

  • Drive Technical Sales Alignment with product strategy and capabilities for NVIDIA's AI Factory solutions for the Accelerated Datacenter.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA Go-to-Market strategies, competitors, and market landscape, both personally and across the team.
  • Engage and develop deep relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with various groups such as account teams, solution architects, marketing, product, and partner sales, as well as ISV and Reseller partners.
  • Contribute to and be responsible for revenue growth.
  • Build effective collaborations for revenue-generating opportunity management, promotions, sales strategy and action planning, and training.
  • Drive strategic technical customer engagement to establish Lighthouse Accounts for key Products and Vertical Markets, including Public Case Studies and Testimonials.
  • Coordinate with Industry Business Development on packaging and go-to-market for key verticals.
  • Provide Sales and Lighthouse Account feedback into product roadmap and priorities, guiding overall product strategy through technical engagements with customers. This includes understanding their current operating environment, OS choices, provisioning, orchestration, containerization methodologies, organization choices around frameworks, and most importantly, security.

What we need to see

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of overall experience.
  • 8+ years of knowledge, standard methodologies, and experience with modern HPC/AI Networking and/or GPU application acceleration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern AI computing techniques & software.
  • Ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies.
  • Experience building and implementing a sophisticated technical sales strategy across multiple organizations.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.

  • Confirmed knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.
  • Experience selling sophisticated solutions for customers as well as AI full-stack solutions with a record of success.
  • Experience in qualifying new customers to enable revenue opportunities, product alignment, and identifying decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and/or partners.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $248,000 - $391,000 USD
    • 85% paid through base salary
    • 15% variable compensation
  • Cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
