Responsibilities

  • Assist the Cleaning Department in daily operations in the assigned market, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and owners with clean and well-maintained properties
  • Help cleaning supervisors with scheduling, ticket distribution, supply ordering, and organization as assigned
  • Maintain working relationships with external cleaning suppliers
  • Comply with and maintain company standards and metrics (e.g., NPS, unit appearance standards, efficiency)
  • Participate in on-call rotation within the cleaning team for urgent issues
  • Establish and maintain business relationships and open communication lines with internal support teams
  • Assist with cleaning and laundry tasks as needed
  • Other assigned tasks, as every day is different in the hospitality sector
