Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, residential services, or property/building operations (luxury experience preferred)
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive amid dynamic priorities and high guest expectations
- Financial acumen including budget, expense management, and cash handling
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, property management software, and hotel systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop Flow Experience (concierge) team, ensuring effective shift coverage, performance management, and positive team culture
- Oversee all aspects of guest and resident hospitality, including concierge support, check-ins/outs, amenity access, and prompt resolution of concerns
- Ensure daily hotel and residential operations run smoothly, supervise package and property workflows, maintain order in common areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and facilities
- Collaborate with the community team to execute weekend events and support resident programming and activations
- Track performance and feedback, manage budgets and financial records, and maintain clear communication with team members and management
