Responsibilities

The Hospitality & Events Specialist will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of U.S. motorsport events, focusing on premium hospitality for executive and VIP audiences, and support the execution of selected international events. This role involves designing and delivering world-class guest experiences, managing elite hospitality offerings, partnering with agencies and vendors for flawless operational delivery, and executing sponsorship assets. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and legal requirements, tracking and reporting on event success using KPIs, and producing post-event recaps.
