Hospitality Associates are responsible for prioritizing the guest experience by providing tours, answering questions, enforcing guest safety, and engaging with players in playful interactions. They will also assist with the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall operation of the venue, ensuring a fun, clean, and safe environment for all visitors. Furthermore, they are expected to promote the Level99 brand and develop relationships with guests, demonstrating a genuine commitment to creating memorable experiences.
