Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field from a 4-year college or university, or Associate's degree with two or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience compiling formal reports and presentations
Experience working in or coordinating complex project teams, work streams, work packages, and deliverables
Experience communicating formally at all levels of an organization
Experience planning, coordinating, scheduling, and estimating time and effort
Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate events such as meetings, training, and product releases in conjunction with Senior Leadership direction
Create strategic content and communication plans to support strategic initiatives, including developing executive-level communications and presentations for internal and external audiences
Perform formal communications with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members at all levels
Create, prepare, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); analyze data to interpret necessary performance planning with responsible parties to ensure indicators are met
Develop and track assigned project schedules and work plans, overseeing tasks, milestones, managing timelines, and deliverables
Engage with cross-functional teams to help achieve desired outcomes
Stay appraised of general healthcare and industry-specific news, updates, and changes; alert leadership to developments and summarize impact to the organization and/or initiatives
Support and assist with the development of standard policies, processes, and procedures
Provide administrative support to the Vice President and other senior leaders as needed
Assist other departmental leaders to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives
Assist with Governance/Board Meetings as needed
Oversight of assigned projects and initiatives to ensure operations lead to improved efficiencies, strategy, and quality in all areas
Work with teams to develop key performance metrics and action planning
