Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting function
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Experienced in background check initiation, audit, and adjudication
Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow-through on issues
Demonstrated rockstar customer service and communication skills
Self-starter with a great work ethic
Ability to be resourceful
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast-paced high tech environment a plus
Ability to communicate professionally in formal emails and cases to candidates and managers
Workday HCM, Recruiting, MS Outlook, MS Excel knowledge, Google suite, background check system experience, or human resources system experience is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of recruiting processes

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute time-sensitive offer documentation
Execute the offer and hiring processes of new and current employees
Maintain recruiting and human resources data in the Workday system
Initiate background checks and track results through third party vendor
Audit employee background checks to ensure completion
Manage and respond to cases in Service Hub aligned to team SLA's
Professional Communication, represent the best of Workday to our candidates and workmates
Handle confidential candidate information with discretion
Support People Operations projects as needed
