This is an on-site position in Holcomb, KS, with maintenance crews typically working 4-5 days per week including Sundays and some holidays, and must be available for C shift (overnight). All shifts include Sunday work and overtime as scheduled.
A minimum of 1 year mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program is required, along with proficiency in hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, 3-phase wiring, AC/DC control wiring, welding, and pneumatic systems. Candidates must also read and write proficiently, complete paperwork, and communicate effectively.
The work environment is wet and humid with temperatures ranging from 35 to 90+ degrees, involving climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, standing and walking on hard floors, and occasional lifting of 60 lbs.
Document at least 1 year of mechanic work experience in the work history section of the application or proof of graduation from an industrial maintenance training program, highlight welding experience, and ensure availability for C shift (overnight).
