Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure

Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect)
Experience working in a global matrix organization
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%)

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants across LATAM
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives
Oversee the successful delivery of FCC projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture, on-premise deployments, integrations, and scalability
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development
Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening
Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance
Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure alignment and client success
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain capacity planning forecasts to ensure resource availability, optimize team utilization, and support scalable growth across the region
