Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP
Azure Settings, Azure AD
Knowledge of postal services
Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization
Ability to work with logs, debug error report
Troubleshooting at the software level
Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands
Working in CMD Windows, basic commands
Knowledge of IP telephony
Working with ACS at the administrator level
Polish - Upper-Intermediate or higher
English - Intermediate or higher
Ukrainian will be a plus

Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones
Ability to installing the required software
Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones)
Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing)
Local network laying, configuration, maintenance
User's workplace preparation
Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification)
Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.)
Local and remote support to users from different locations
Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration
Consulting and training of users
