The ideal candidate will possess entry-level experience in a digital, admin, or web production role, with a strong attention to detail in content entry and formatting. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage, and exposure to Craft CMS, Figma and Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
As a Help Desk/Content Operator, you will support task execution by actioning assigned support tasks, investigate and document CMS platform issues, perform minor fixes and content updates, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines. You will also populate websites with new content, provide technical support assistance by replicating and documenting issues, maintain CMS and platform familiarity, collaborate on workflow improvements, and communicate updates to management. Additionally, you will track task throughput, provide regular performance updates, and assist with internal QA tasks.
