Responsibilities

The Heavy Equipment Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing complex repairs on heavy equipment, including pumps, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical issues, both in the shop and field. They will also conduct preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled, complete work orders in a timely manner, maintain daily truck inspection logs, communicate effectively with the service manager, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Furthermore, the technician will need to possess good written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting and utilize computer literacy for transmitting information via email.
