Responsibilities

The Facility Administrator will manage and oversee the daily operations of the dialysis clinic, collaborating with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse on patient care. They will provide leadership and development plans for direct reports, partner with internal departments like Human Resources and Quality, and oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program. Responsibilities include maintaining medical and operations records, complying with data collection and auditing, managing clinic financials, and ensuring compliance with network reporting and state/federal surveys. The administrator will coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, monitor patient and family education, act as a patient and family resource, and manage staff hiring, training, and performance.
