Responsibilities

Lead client engagements, ensuring clinical and operational transformation goals are achieved through evidence-based solutions
Manage large-scale, complex healthcare projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget
Develop and implement best practices in clinical operations, case management, care coordination, and patient-centered outcomes
Lead workshops, working sessions, and presentations with healthcare executives, clinical teams, and stakeholders
Analyze clinical workflows and operations, identifying gaps and recommending innovative solutions

Guide organizations through regulatory compliance and develop risk management strategies
Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and lead client presentations
