- Assisting senior agents with current customers/clients selecting and enrolling in plans
- Handling customer service inquiries and general questions/concerns
- Establishing quality relationships with customers
- Participating in lead rotation and enrolling new members independently
- Assisting Account Specialists and Senior Account Specialists with their customers as directed
- Processing applications/enrollments
- Greeting customers at appointments
- Covering front desk duties
- Assisting with assigned networking functions and business development needs
- Providing content to the marketing team as requested
- Performing educational and sales seminars for customers/clients
