Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of data normalization, joins, and relationships between datasets (Nice to Have)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI (Nice to Have)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and proven experience translating healthcare data into meaningful, concise information (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail (Nice to Have)
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with value communication platforms such as BaseCase® (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with US healthcare data analytics including U.S. healthcare coding (HCPCS/CPT, ICD-10) and Medicare payment systems (ideal candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources into a structured, relational data model
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
  • Translate and adapt Excel-based economic models into customer value communication software, ensuring model logic, calculations, and assumptions are accurately represented
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visual reports
  • Provide training or guidance to business users on how to navigate dashboards and interpret outputs
  • Partner with other members of the Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement (HEPR) team as well as other business colleagues across the Surgical operating unit to develop data-driven resources to support patient access
  • Structure data for analysis, build repeatable reporting workflows, and visualize key insights in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other value communication platforms
