Requirements

Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure
3+ years of clinical experience in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, telehealth and/or Oncology
Associate Degree required (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3-5 years clinical experience preferred)
Reliable phone and hard-wired internet service for work-at-home setup
Ability to work 04:00 PM – 12:30 AM EST shift (8 hours per day), every other weekend, and 4 holidays per year
Secure and private HIPAA-compliant work environment at home
Proficient in multisystem navigation (using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously)
Effective multitasker (talking and typing concurrently while managing responsibilities with focus and accuracy)
Basic technical troubleshooting (set up/connect hardware like monitors/keyboards and resolve common issues independently)
Experienced in electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools
Highly organized, results-oriented, and metric-driven (meet/exceed goals and performance metrics)
Reachable via phone, videoconference, and email during work hours; personal responsibilities (e.g., dependent care) must not interfere

Responsibilities

Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Engage, educate, and promote/influence members' decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status
Work from home adhering to all work-at-home requirements and schedules set by leader
Maintain confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant environment
