Position Overview

Thriveworks is actively seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth services in Kansas during evenings and on weekends. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they will be practicing.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a total compensation range of up to $27,300. Total compensation includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities, with ranges varying based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Independent License in Kansas: Candidates must hold one of the following licenses:
    • LSCSW
    • LCMFT
    • LCPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Clientele: Behavioral Health Generalists who are open to seeing couples and/or children (support is provided).
  • Growth Potential: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Kansas.
  • Conduct client diagnoses.
  • See a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Be open to working with couples and/or children.
