Requirements

Demonstrable existing relationships at decision maker level across the retirement spectrum
Extensive knowledge of asset management industry trends, particularly in pensions and savings, regulation and operations

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a multi-year UK Retirement Strategy aligned with firmwide goals
Partner with UK Relationship Managers to position our retirement capabilities and identify new revenue streams
Commercialise the retirement offering over time with intermediary and institutional clients, able to make new connections and introductions to advance the UK’s retirement strategy
Act as a subject matter expert, developing locally relevant research and thought leadership
Work closely with US-based teams to bring innovative ideas and leverage our strong US retirement heritage
Lead local retirement committees and serve on global forums to ensure effective strategy implementation
Represent T Rowe Price in industry forums, with associations, UK retirement system regulators and policy makers to ensure T Rowe Price has an active voice in these and with the local regulators to influence local pension rules and regulations
