Candidates need 8+ years in spacecraft systems engineering and AIT leadership, deep experience with requirements flowdown, ICDs, verification and validation plans, proven ability to build integration labs and manage flight hardware campaigns, expertise in environmental testing like TVAC, vibe, and EMI/EMC, plus strong leadership skills.
