Programmatic experience in improving customer product adoption and addressing key stages of the customer lifecycle, such as implementation and onboarding, is crucial. Clear communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, a focus on process improvement, attention to detail, advocacy for the team, and a passion for coaching are also key requirements. The salary range is $185K - $225K.

The role also involves evolving the product roadmap by acting as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, defining resourcing and headcount planning, and coaching team members.
