A deep understanding of B2B customer needs and a history of ensuring outstanding experiences for complex organizations are necessary. Programmatic experience in improving customer product adoption and addressing key stages of the customer lifecycle, such as implementation and onboarding, is crucial. Clear communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, a focus on process improvement, attention to detail, advocacy for the team, and a passion for coaching are also key requirements. The salary range is $185K - $225K.

Responsibilities

The Head of Strategic Customer Success will lead and grow a team of Strategic CSMs, shaping how the company serves its Enterprise segment. This role involves partnering with the High Touch leader to apply programmatic frameworks and curating bespoke engagements for the largest customers. The individual will ensure these organizations achieve their goals with Ashby through a hands-on approach and product centricity, advocating for product changes to support sophisticated customers. Responsibilities include proactively addressing thematic customer opportunities, improving processes, enhancing team efficiency and efficacy, and driving decision-making using data and metrics. The role also involves evolving the product roadmap by acting as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, defining resourcing and headcount planning, and coaching team members.
