Responsibilities

  • Ensure definition and implementation of Mexico sales area strategies within company objectives via market monitoring and analysis
  • Manage planning and control of commercial P&L through forecasting models, performance indicators, ensuring shareholder returns and asset security
  • Ensure team goal achievement by defining, monitoring, incentivizing results, setting policies/objectives, coordinating action plans, and integrating teams
  • Support marketing in identifying new product/service opportunities to foster business growth and consolidation
  • Provide a challenging, motivating environment for staff development through leadership by example, coaching, performance evaluations, and promoting team commitment
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to position key products in public and private institutions
  • Coordinate analysis and generation of economic evidence supporting company therapies' value
  • Lead institutional relations with health, economic, legislative, and diplomatic authorities
  • Represent the company in chambers, associations, public forums, and multisectoral organizations
