Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales and profitability for Central and Eastern Provinces, aligning with Saudi STRAT plan
  • Drive growth by capitalizing on market opportunities and achieving business targets
  • Set, review, and monitor sales objectives and maintain updated sales funnel
  • Manage A&P budget with Country Director and Marketing Head
  • Identify and develop strategic plans for growth in products, segments, and customers
  • Collaborate with Application Team Leader for menu expansion and NPI
  • Partner with Strategic Partnerships Manager for MOH clusters
  • Implement KAM with Business Development Manager in strategic accounts
  • Ensure timely tender participation and drive tender/direct orders with Tender Department
  • Lead Microbiology (MB) and Iris businesses across Saudi Arabia for penetration and share growth
  • Coordinate pricing strategies with Country Director
  • Optimize hardware placement for high ROI
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding Clinical Application and Product Specialists
  • Lead, coach, motivate sales team, conduct appraisals, and support succession planning
  • Drive team engagement and alignment with company goals
  • Support new product launches and disseminate marketing messages
  • Represent company at industry events and tradeshows
  • Build relationships with KOLs, Lab Directors, and procurement bodies
  • Implement tactical marketing plans from Marketing Manager
  • Manage hybrid sales model, emphasizing direct sales and channel partners
  • Collaborate with Third-Party stakeholders
